Return Policy

30-Day Return Window
We accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. To initiate a return, contact us at ahoy@docksofthebaysupply.com with your order number.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-cut marine decking or materials
- Assembled or installed CanDock systems
- Items that have been used, modified, or show signs of wear
- Clearance or final-sale items
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
Return Shipping
For standard returns (non-defective), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. For oversized items (docks, decking, large accessories), contact us for return shipping arrangements before sending anything back.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? Contact us and we will work with you to arrange an exchange. Subject to availability.
